By ordering services from Luxre Photo you agree to the following Service Agreement for Digital Imagery.
Cancellation Policy There are no fees for appointments that are canceled a day or more in advance, for weather or any other reason. However, once a photographer arrives at the property, the full amount is due and a new shoot date will have to be scheduled at the full rate. This is to protect the value of our time as we may have given up other jobs to keep our appointment with you.

This service agreement is a limited license photo release. Images delivered are licensed to the “licensee” for the purpose of listing a property only by the agent & brokerage that hired us.

The term of the listing is until the property is sold. A primary photo can be used longer for additional promotion of a sold property. Only the “licensee” has permission to use the delivered images on any electronic or printed form of advertisement for the promotion of the property. Builders, stagers, designers, or “third parties” that wish to use images must contact the photographer directly for licensing and fees.

Images taken for the purpose of vacation rental or other rental properties may be used longer and are priced accordingly.

Please contact us for an additional release for any/all printed publications. Fees may apply. Images cannot/will not be made available to another agent who takes over an expired or withdrawn listing.

Unauthorized use of images is a copyright violation, and will result in termination of this contract.

Payment Policy
Payments are to be made in full before the delivery of images or videos. Payment can be made online using PayPal or Venmo.

Copyright Notice
The photographer who has taken an image is the copyright holder of the image. LuxRe Photo retains all copyrights expressed and implied otherwise for all images taken. Licensing may be obtained for use beyond real estate listings. Please contact us for more details. For image integrity and quality control we ask that Images not be altered once delivered.

Homeowner Policy
Home sellers/buyers may request a copy of the photos from the photographer only.

Prepare your Property
Properties are shot “as is” unless otherwise arranged. To ensure the best results please be sure the home is ready prior to the scheduled shoot time. We work on a set time schedule for every shoot and can only meet this schedule if properties are ready to shoot on arrival.

It is the responsibility of the agent and/or owner to have the property clean, tidy, and ready for photos.

Lights should be on and fans should be off. We are not responsible for cleaning, staging or rearranging of furniture. Staging can be provided at additional cost.

The homeowner shall ensure that there are no hazards to the photographer’s safety.

Pets should be contained so they do not wander into shots or threaten the safety of our photographer.

Weather Policy:
In the case of unfavorable weather, the decision about shooting is up to the agent and/or property owner. If the client chooses to proceed with photography we will provide the best images possible.

Sky replacement will be done at no extra cost when it is possible.

If additional outdoor photos are required on a better weather day, our standard re-shoot fee will apply. No reschedule fee will be charged if the original shoot is cancelled due to weather. Reschedule dates will be subject to availability.
